Q: Are your rooms nonsmoking?
A: All rooms are nonsmoking.
Q: Do your rooms have private baths?
A: You'll be please to know that all our rooms have private baths plus private entrances to each room.
Q: How far are you from the airport?
A: We are 1/2 hour from the airport. (See our map page.)
Q: How close are you to:
1) Downtown Scottsdale is 35 to 40 minutes driving time because it is all city driving.
2) Mayo Clinic is 6 miles and takes about 12 minutes.
3) Downtown Phoenix is about 45 to 55 minutes depending on traffic.
4) Sedona is 2 1/2 hours from Bedlam.
6) Payson is 1 hour away.
Q: Do you accommodate special dietary needs?
A: Yes, if I know ahead of time it helps in preparation.
Q: Can we bring our pets?
A: Our two Jack Russel Terriers are very territorial so other pets don't work so well. Lucky and Prudence do win peoples hearts by the time they leave. However, the Fountain Hills Vet Hospital and Clinic offers boarding at 480-837-9261.
Q: What time zone is Arizona in?
A: We are in the mountain time zone, and Arizona observes Mountain Standard Time on a year round basis.
Q: When is check in?
A: Check in time is between 3 and 6pm, special arrangements must be made to check in before 3 or after 6pm.
Q: When is check out?
A: Check out is 11am.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. We hold your credit card number on file until you arrive and process the amount at check out.
Q: Do you allow children?
A: Bedlam Bed and Breakfast is not child proof but we welcome children over 12 years of age.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: A full refund of the deposit (less a $10.00 service charge per room) will be given if cancellation is received more than 14 days in advance. If reservations are cancelled less than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be returned less the cancellation fee only if the accommodation is rebooked.
